All works presented on the New Irish Art website are copyrighted and not available for download or copy without the written permission of the artist. A further copyright may be held on the digital image, which would then need a separate permission.

New Art Promotions Limited (the holder of New Irish Art dot com) will protect the copyright of works presented on the site and is entitled to initiate legal action where copyright infringement occurs.

Artists submitting work are advised to ensure that credit is given where the work is based on some previous work (Photograph, Painting, etcetera). The responsibility lies with the artist to ensure that the copyright on work submitted is clearly their own.

An artist may instruct New Irish Art to remove their gallery at any time and this will be done as quickly as possible, no reason is required.
