About Artist Dawn Aston
  1. I was born in Belfast and live on the Antrim coast. This is the most beautiful place to walk in and be inspired by.
  2. I work as a visual and community artist, garden designer and photographer.
  3. For me art is an exploration, a journey that takes me through different mediums and processes. My passion for the natural world and for Art ensures a continual exchange between these areas encompassing mosaics, paintings, photography, mixed media and the design and production of gardens.
  4. I am also fascinated by people, those I have come across on my travels and Iconic figures such as Bob Marley who crossed bridges and reached out to all people no matter their background.
