About Artist Frances Devoy

Elizabeth Frances Devoy resides in Kimmage, Dublin 12 and is mainly self-thought although she has received some training. Born in County Laois she has been painting for a good number of years. She is a full time artist and states that her subjects reveal an expressionistic art form.
She has had some success as an artist and paints every day. Occasionally her subjects show an abstract art form.
