About Artist Joyce Garvey

Joyce Garvey is a well established Irish artist based in Dublin. She holds an MA and a BA from Dublin's prestigious National College of Art. She has regular one-woman shows. Her last exhibition in Filmbase Dublin received rave reviews and was opened by author Irvine Welsh.
Her work is included in group shows such as the RHA and in public, private and celebrity collections including the Bank of Ireland. She paints mainly in oils and mixed media but her upcoming exhibition in Dublin's Wood Quay Galerie will include original one-off glass pieces.
Above is my official biography! I am a Scot living in the Ireland I love it. The people are second to none. I never tire of painting the wonderful landscape and of course the 'craic is mighty!
