About Artist Michael Power
  1. Michael Power lives in Lucan, Co. Dublin. Some of his favourite painters are Odd Nedrum, Martin Gale and Sean Keating.
  2. His paintings primarily document social and political issues in an aesthetic of figurative art. Abstract elements are also incorporated in pieces undertaken as reflections on human moments.
  3. His photography is contemplative and in many cases is based on seeing more than the mundane subjects which first appear.
