About Artist Neil Condron
  1. Neil Condron is a self-taught Dublin born artist living in the beautiful surrounds of Enniskerry County Wicklow. Having spent three decades immersed in the Irish graphic design industry Condron shed the shackles of commercial art in April 2009 to commit to a lifelong ambition of becoming a professional artist.
  2. In addition to his core focus on portraitures, Condron also uses natural Italian Travertine stone as a unique substrate to act both as a backdrop and a base for a collection of unique oil paintings. Travertine offers a combination of texture and authenticity, creating an aged and stressed effect. In addition it's natural 'flaws' lend character and individualism to each piece.
