About Artist Patrick Brennan

I am an artist from Derry N. Ireland, who cannot stick to one style of painting. I feel that paintings should be spontaneous. Paint first reason later. My paintings eminate from within or from the environment around me, and photographs which I take myself. Over the years I have taken part in group shows and even had some of my own, from time to time I show with local galleries, all with varies amounts of success. I do have a degree in Graphic art, but regards painting I am self tutored.
Recently I have been working in the open, after joining the Plein Eire group on line. I have started a Derry painters Group, we try to paint out most sundays or when we can.
