About Artist Toni Duggan
  1. Born in Kinsale, Co Cork, I moved to England as a child and returned to Kinsale in my early 30's with my family. I have completed a four year arts course at Kinsale College of further education.
  2. I have always had an interest in the arts and have a love for interior design and sculpture. I particularly enjoy working with plaster and clay as well as experimenting with pastels, acrylics, oils and combined materials.

  2. The New Irish Art Project supports Irish artists by providing all the tools needed to present and to promote their artwork online. Our service has been free for more than 12 years now. In that time we have earned the support of a great number of artists and built an online audience of many thousands of art lovers, from all over the World.
  3. Ireland's favourite painting might still be undiscovered, we salute the 10 shortlisted artists and invite our visitors to search out the next Irish Masterpiece right here, on New Irish Art.
