Ger Kenny was born in Limerick City in 1979 and now lives in the picturesque village of Montpelier, Co.Limerick. He is a self-taught artist and first started drawing at an early age progressing onto other mediums such as oils and acrylics. Gers main focus is Portraits, Irish scenes and landscapes whilst he also enjoys painting commissioned portraits.

Ger has exhibited in many group exhibitions including The Hunt Museum in December 2012 and The University of Limericks 40th Anniversary exhibition in October 2012. He has also exhibited regularly in the Market House in Limerick in 2013 as well as charity exhibitions in 2012 and 2013.
