Rachel Dubber Art (Download The Catalogue)

The portfolio consists of mostly oil paintings, pencil drawings, photography and occasionally sculptures. My work has been exhibited in Europe, China and South Africa and is included in collections in Ireland, Scotland, England, Italy, Spain, America, China and South Africa.

About my work: It is essential for me to have an emotional attachment or connection to the source idea, memory or image used; this empowers me to instill the emotion, spirit and personal feeling in to the work using my chosen medium. Years spent working and studying horses provides me with the physical and anatomical insights to accurately portray the power, grace and beauty of the horse on paper, canvas or in clay.

The end result is a piece of art that is a perfect blend of equine spirituality and physicality - freedom, beauty, strength and elegance.
